I have an Alexa remote to my firestick. I have followed instructions but when I touch the teatv icon I get the message..Failed to connect to FireTv. Is it running or is IP address correct. I have triple checked IP address and gone back to device and turned debugging off and back on several times. I have also rebooted the tv. Any suggestions?
