1. No Warranty of Service

OTR Mobile provides wireless data services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or high-speed access at all times. Network performance may vary based on:

Coverage area,
Network congestion,
Device compatibility,
Carrier limitations.

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of our services.

2. Data Speeds and Network Access

Data speeds and access may be subject to network management, throttling, data caps, and fair use policies of our underlying carriers. OTR Mobile operates as a reseller of mobile network data and does not own the network infrastructure. Service quality is ultimately dependent on the primary carrier’s network conditions.

3. No Liability for Loss or Damage

OTR Mobile is not liable for:

Data loss,
Service interruptions,
Security breaches,
Hardware/software incompatibilities,
Or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Use of our service is at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Carrier Responsibility

OTR Mobile uses third-party wireless carriers to provide data services. We do not control their networks, and therefore:

Cannot guarantee availability in all areas,
Are not responsible for network outages or maintenance periods,
Cannot guarantee specific speeds or bandwidth.

5. Acceptable Use

All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and must not use our services for:

Illegal activities,
Network abuse or overuse,
Unauthorized tethering (if prohibited),
Distribution of malicious content or spam.

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your service without notice.

6. Changes to Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of those changes.
