What does the $199 upfront payment include?
Your $199 upfront payment includes the router and your first month of service. Starting in month two, service auto-renews at $79 per month until paused or canceled.
When do I own the router?
The router is yours to keep after three paid service months, including the first month covered by your $199 upfront payment. Paused months do not count toward the three months.
What if I cancel before three paid service months?
If you permanently cancel before completing three paid service months, you must return the router. Contact OTR Mobile support to arrange cancellation and the return. After three paid service months, the router is yours to keep.
Can I pause service between trips and reconnect later?
Yes. You can pause and reconnect anytime. Contact OTR Mobile support to coordinate billing and service. Paused months do not count toward router ownership.

Will another router ship with my monthly renewal?
No. The router is included with your first order. Monthly renewals cover service only at $79 per month.
What can I connect to the router?
Like the Travel Plan it is modeled on, the included router supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi and up to 64 connected devices. Connect phones, laptops, TVs, and other WiFi devices.
