OTR Mobile Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

21-Day Risk-Free Trial

New customers may try OTR Mobile service for 21 days risk-free. If the service does not meet your needs, you may return the device within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

The return must be postmarked on or before the 21st day from delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The device must be returned in like new working condition with all included accessories.

Data usage must be under 10GB during the trial period.

Once the device is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.

Device Promotion

Under the current promotion, customers receive use of a device at no additional charge while maintaining an active subscription.

If service is canceled, the device must be returned.

If the device is not returned, or is returned damaged or in non-working condition, a $399.99 device fee will be charged to the customer.

Monthly Service Renewals

All monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable once billed for any reason. Customers may cancel service at any time to prevent future billing.
