Additionally, when a major carrier has service issues, traffic often shifts to other networks, so some customers on other carriers may also see slower speeds or congestion at times today due to increased overall network demand.

We are actively monitoring the situation and working with Verizon channels to track restoration progress. This is being addressed with urgency by both OTR Mobile and Verizon.

At this time we expect 90% or more of our customers to be online with stable connectivity by 9 pm eastern tonight.
